Shifting Gears United is being featured in “To Never Surrender” …a documentary series in progress which focuses on the importance of achievement, growth and empowerment, for people living with disabilities, particularly wounded vets and first responders.
SGU President Jacqui Kapinowski is delighted to help share stories of how people challenged can experience success and continue on to help others. SGU Team members were filmed and interviewed during one of the workouts and BBQ, sharing how being included can make such a huge difference in their rehabilitation and quality of life.
Directed by award winning Joe Coppoletta, of Coppoletta Productions, it is a project of US Wheelchair Sports.
